Profiling, Training and Assessment
A profiling exercise is completed by the Training Provider
to determine prior experience and ability and to assess
whether the candidate requires training. If training is required
the CSR Training Provider BSD Training will deliver the necessary training.
All candidates complete the Intermediate Certificate
On successful completion of the health and safety training,
touch screen test and Intermediate Certificate Achievement
Test a CSR Trained Plant Operator Card (Red) is issued.
The card is valid for 3 years from the date of assessment and
is not renewable. This is to ensure the progression towards
a Blue ‘Plant Operator’ card within 3 years.
