BSD Training Invest in new plant and machinery equipment

BSD Training has recently invested in some new plant and equipment to further the service and high standards we provide to delegates on our training courses. This ensures that candidates are being trained using the latest plant and equipment that is available on the market giving them a greater understanding of the wide range and variation of equipment available on the market today.

Our first addition this year came in the form of an ATV mounted boom sprayer. The electrically powered atv mounted boom sprayer has enabled us to offer the City and Guilds NPTC PA2a Pesticides qualification to more people than just those that operate tractors.

ATV Mounted boom sprayers are becoming more and more common on farms throughout Northern Ireland due to their versatility and minimal impact on ground conditions making them an invaluable tool.

We have also invested in a brand new Skyjack 3219 Scissors lift. This is the latest model available from Skyjack and having received 5 years of faultless service from our previous Skyjack 3219 the decision was made to retire it to light duties around the training centre. The new scissors lift will be in use regularly for IPAF Training and Testing and it is hoped that this new model will be as reliable as our old one was.
