CPCS Card Renewals

1 - 2 hours depending on number of categories to renew

How do I renew a Blue CPCS Plant Card?

If you have a current CPCS Blue Card that is due to expire you will need to complete a computer based Health and Safety theory test and CPCS Renewal CPD Modules specific to the categories of plant you hold in order to renew your Blue Plant Operator card.

Each CPD module is CPCS plant specific and the questions and Topics are based on a range of topics and key knowledge expected of experienced plant operators and have been devised through consultation with plant-based employers and health and safety related data.

Cardholders will need to complete each CPD module in order to retain each category when renewing their Competent Operator (Blue) Card.

What Renewal tests do you provide?

We can provide the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test for Operatives which will satisfy the Health and Safety element of the CPCS Renewal process.

However the CPCS have replaced the Renewal Test with a new Online CPD Course which can only be taken through NOCN CPCS - https://cpcs.nocn.org.uk/CPCS/cpcs-card-renewal/
