Is this a theory only course or is there practical training?
Both. The theoretical session is followed by a thorough practical exercise erecting a scaffold system which includes - ladder access points, return corners, window ties (both through and reveal), out riggers/stabilisers, loading bays, necessary signage and health and safety whilst working at heights.
