Pressure Washer

Our pressure washer training course is for operatives that use pressure washers as part of their job role. This course is essential in order to provide proof of suitable and sufficient training to operatives so that they know the risks involved with using industrial pressure washers and how to keep themselves and others safe whilst carrying out pressure washing operations.

• Regulations and the Law (control of noise at work regulation 2005)
• Risk Assessments/PPE/COSHH regulations
• Health and Safety HSWO 1978/PUWER/PPE Regs
• Understanding your pressure washer/pumps/hoses/controls
• Machine safe use and care
• Hazards when using pressure washing equipment types of injuries/water jetting hazards.
• Water source
• Types of pressure washers/ jets/lances
• Types of hoses/per-use checks/use
• Care and maintenance
• Storing and transporting
• Practical session (pressure washing different types of surfaces)
• Test paper
• Revision session

What do I get if I pass the course?

Delegates who successfully complete this course will be awarded a Certificate of Training in Pressure Washer operation.
