The course can apply to all classifications of vehicle manoeuvring and not just large goods vehicles. It is essential that personnel involved in vehicle movement operations are adequately trained to guide the operators of the vehicles safely and efficiently for the benefit of all personnel on the site and to help keep everyone in a safe working environment.

Is this a theory only course?

No. There is a theoretical session covering legislation, PPE, Hand Signals etc and then this is followed up by a practical session which puts into practice the topics covered during the theory lesson and allows you to use Hand Signals and radios to guide a reversing vehicle around a predetermined course.

Is this an accredited course?

We can complete vehicle Marshall training to ITSSAR or NPORS standards. Alternatively we can also offer a bespoke course meeting your specific company policies if required.
