CSR now accepting City & Guilds Craft & Advanced Craft certificates

CSR have announced that with immediate effect, CSR will accept City & Guilds Craft and Advanced Craft certificates for Skilled and Craft CSR cards respectively. This has been agreed by the Joint Council for the Building & Civil Engineering Industry (Northern Ireland) and will help those who completed qualifications before the introduction of NVQs to retain skilled and craft cards they were previously issued with on the basis of occupational assessment.

"To be clear, a candidate presenting a City & Guilds Craft certificate in a construction related subject will be issued with a blue Skilled card. A candidate presenting a City & Guilds Advanced Craft certificate in a construction related subject will be issued with a gold Craft card."
