Fraudulent Certificates Circulating

We have been informed that there are some fraudulent certificates in circulation by people claiming to have completed training courses with ourselves.

Please keep an eye out for any suspicious looking certificates and if you have any doubts as to the certificates validity please do feel free to give us a call or an email and we can verify if the person completed training with us or not.

The above picture is a certificate that was recently given to a construction company in Ireland who then contacted us as they had their suspicions that the certificate was not valid when it was presented to them by a company from Newry.

In this case they were correct to have been suspicious of the certificate presented as;

• We had no record of a Liam McNamee attending a manual handling course with us
• There is no certificate number present
• There are spelling errors
• The certificate does not look anything like our course certificates.

This individual clearly took our company logo and details from the internet and then made up a certificate citing legislation and topics to satisfy the requirements for Manual Handling training in Ireland.
